DOMINIUS AS

1. General provisions
1.This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes how Dominius AS, registration number 917502420, address Haugerduhagan 82, 0673, Oslo, Norway (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “the Company”) processes your information by using or purchasing our products on our website www.dominius.no (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and / or when searching for vacancies in the Company.
2.This Policy has been drafted in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free exchange of such information (PPA, hereinafter referred to as GDPR). 

2. Collection, processing and retention of personal data
1.Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Website, purchasing our products or using our services in other ways, this Policy applies directly to the collection, processing and in the cases provided by the Policy, transferring of your personal data to recipients who receive information.

2.The Company receives the information directly from you.
3.The legal basis for processing your personal information is the entering and executing a contract, the execution of the Company’s legal obligations to correctly register the transactions entered into and the Company’s legitimate interest in providing services to its customer.
4.Your personal information may be transferred to the third parties (for example to transport companies that supply products) if necessary for the performance of the contract.

4. Reply to a request
1.By using the Website you have the opportunity to create your own shopping cart and submit a corresponding request to the Company. After receiving your request, the Company manager will contact you regarding delivery terms.

5. Organization of loyalty programs and related direct marketing
1.On the basis of your consent, the Company may process your personal information in the organization of loyalty programs and related direct marketing purposes. The Company may process the following personal information:

1.Once you have given us your consent, we will send you a newsletter to the e-mail address you have provided.
2.Accordingly, if you subscribe the Company’s newsletter, you agree that we process your personal information for the purpose of sending newsletters.
3. You can subscribe newsletters on the Website or our accounts in social media by filling out a form with your personal information for subscribing newsletters and by clicking on a link to newsletter subscription.

Any other information published on your resume or other documents that you have provided.2.You can send the resume with reference to the position you are applying to to info@dominius.no.

3.The Company contacts only selected candidates.
4.The legal basis for processing of your personal data is processing to take action on your initiative as a candidate before entering into the agreement.
5.We do not transfer the information we process when recruiting to third parties.

 
Purpose of processing and retention period
1.By processing and storing your personal information, we use organizational and technical measures to protect your information against accidental or illegal deletion, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or abuse or other illegal processing.
2.We process and store your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
3.We use your personal information for the following purposes:

9. Your rights
1.By submitting a request, you may at any time request access to your personal information and information on how we process it, also request correction of the incorrect personal information we hold about you, request deletion of your personal data when we may have processed it illegally (this does not apply to storage).
2.To the extent that the use of your personal information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time.

2.If you are not satisfied with the response you receive or you think we are processing your information in violation of law, you have the right to file a complaint to the data protection agency.

4.If you visit our accounts on social media (i.e. third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram), this may apply to third-party terms. For example, Facebook uses its own Privacy Policy for all it users and visitors. Therefore, if you use third-party services, we recommend getting to know how they process personal information.

 
11. Final provisions
1.By obtaining excess personal information from you or another data source, the Company removes it and no longer processes it.
2.All the changes to the Policy will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.
3.If you use the Website and our Services after we have updated the Policy, it shall be deemed that you consent to and are aware of the changes that have been made
